Adcash has been selling pop traffic since before most of the networks you cross shop it against existed. That's exactly why the question keeps coming back. Old name, still trading, but has the platform behind it kept up with what affiliates need in 2026?
G2 Rating
AFFDude Rating
We funded an account and bought on it properly. Pop under and in-page push went live on iGaming and VPN offers, an in-stream video test ran against a dating funnel, and display went on a sports property.
Then the publisher tag went up on one of our own content sites, because half of what makes an ad network good only shows up once money moves the other way.
So this Adcash review covers the buying side at real spend, how the self-serve platform handles targeting and bid control, what a publisher actually keeps after Adcash takes its cut, and the clauses in the terms nobody reads until a balance gets stuck. All of it from inside the account, none of it from the sales page.

The Short Answer on Adcash
Adcash is a solid mid-weight self-serve DSP for affiliates running pop-under, interstitial, in-page push and video on mainstream and semi-mainstream offers.
The catch is that it sells zero browser push subscription traffic and zero in-app inventory, so a chunk of the affiliate playbook simply cannot run here.

What is Adcash?

Adcash goes back to 2007, started in Estonia under a different name, took the Adcash brand in 2011 and rebuilt as a full ad platform in 2016. Here is the sheet we kept pinned while buying.

Two things jump off that sheet. There is no platform fee and no seat cost, so entry price is the ad spend itself. And the format list has a hole in it that matters more than the row suggests, which we come back to hard later.
Traffic and inventory reality, where the impressions come from
Headline number is 300 million unique users a day across 195 countries. Supply arrives from two directions, and the split matters far more than most reviews admit.
Why the split matters. Every automation feature Adcash sells runs on direct traffic. Point a campaign at RTB volume and the smart stuff quietly stops working.
What we saw. Volume was never the issue. Getting clean volume took about four days of zone pruning on pops and roughly two on in-page push. Normal for this tier, and better than a couple of rivals we have burned budget on.
The six ad formats and where each one earns
Six formats, all web. Adcash maps different verticals to different units, and the mapping is more specific than the marketing lets on. Here is each one plus the weak spot we hit.
1. In-stream video ads, the unit Adcash pushes hardest

Video that plays inside publisher video content, with a segment nobody can skip. The best fit is adult, finance, gaming and dating. Creative has to earn the first two seconds or the rest is wasted spend.
Weak spot: Supply is the thinnest of the six. Tight GEO plus tight targeting can starve a video campaign of impressions before the algorithm learns a thing.
2. Pop-under ads, still the volume engine

Oldest unit here and the one Adcash has led on for over 13 years. Sports, iGaming, adult, VPN and software, VOD, app installs and finance all map to pops. Cheapest way to buy attention at scale in Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Weak spot: CPC bidding is not available on pop-under, so pops are a CPM or CPA Target game and nothing else. Expect a share of accidental clicks that never reach a lander.
3. Interstitial ads, the full-screen unit that flatters weak creatives

Fires during page transitions and takes the whole screen. Same seven verticals as pops. Conversion rates ran ahead of display on our VPN offers by a comfortable margin.
Weak spot: Frequency. Push interstitials too hard at one audience and click-through falls off a cliff inside 48 hours.
4. In-page push ads, push without a subscriber list

Messenger-style notifications rendered inside the page, no opt-in needed, no stale subscriber base to maintain. Strong on sweeps, dating and app installs.
Weak spot: Being in-page means no re-engagement later. Real push subscribers keep paying for months. These do not.
5. Video slider, the quiet earner on the publisher side
A small video panel that slides into view without blocking content, and it keeps working through ad blockers. Mapped to adult, finance, gaming and dating.
Weak spot: Low ceiling. Nice incremental revenue for a publisher, rarely a headline buy for an advertiser.
6. Display banners, skyscraper, rectangle and leaderboard

Three standard shapes for brand and retargeting work. Display is the only format where finance drops off the recommended vertical list, which is a hint about performance rather than an oversight.
Weak spot. Banner blindness plus adblock. Display was our worst performer of the four we bought, and we would only run it as a retargeting layer now.
Before you plan a buy: The advertiser page says five formats. The formats page and the publisher page both say six. Six is correct, and the video slider is the one that goes missing.
Bidding models and what each one quietly gates

Four ways to bid, and each locks something off. Read this before funding, because picking wrong on day one costs a week.
1. CPM with three quality tiers per country
The default, and the one we recommend starting on. Adcash splits every country into three traffic quality bands and lets you bid separately on each. Bid up on the top band only and you buy the good stuff without paying a blended rate for the rest.
CPM is also the only model that opens up Auto Rules, so treat it as the gateway rather than the beginner setting.
2. CPC, available almost everywhere except pops
Pay per click, which suits in-page push and display where a click is the real signal. Pop-under is excluded, so do not build a CPC plan around pop volume.
3. CPA Target and the five-day patience tax
CPA Target bidding lets you name the cost per action you want and hands bid control over. Real talk on behaviour.
The opening stretch is exploration, roughly five days, and spend during that window looks ugly. Kill it on day two and you have paid for the learning without collecting the payoff.
Budget that exploration deliberately. We treat it as a fixed research cost, not a failed campaign.
4. Daily Budget Optimization and optimise capping
Daily Budget Optimization spreads spend across the day through capping controls, instead of letting a campaign blow the whole budget in the first two hours of Tier 1 traffic. Small feature, big difference on iGaming where morning and evening traffic behave nothing alike.
There is also Smart CPM, exposed through the API rather than the interface. Odd choice. Scripters get a bidding model that dashboard-only buyers never see.
Auto Rules and the Client API, the automation worth having

Auto Rules, ten templates with real handcuffs
If-this-then-that logic at zone or source level, with ten ready-made templates. Two we actually used.
Zones get included or excluded hourly. Bids move once a day. The data window is 30 days. Sensible cadence, and it saved us real hours of manual pruning.
Now the handcuffs, and they are tight.
So the automation exists, works well, and covers maybe a third of what a busy buyer wants to run. That gap is the single biggest reason this review lands at 4.1 instead of 4.5.
Client API, the part we did not expect to like
Generate a Client API token inside the account and the platform opens up to scripts. Create campaigns from nothing, start and pause them, schedule bid changes for later, edit budgets, shift targeting, include or exclude zones in bulk. Every bid type, every format and every targeting option is covered, which is rarer than it sounds.
Adcash's own tech lead puts campaign creation at about a second by API against five to ten minutes by hand. Our rebuild backed that up. Building 20 GEO variants of one offer went from an afternoon of clicking to a coffee break.
Run more than a handful of campaigns and this feature alone justifies opening an account.
Targeting, tracking and postbacks that keep spend honest

Targeting depth sits above what most pop networks hand you.
One genuine annoyance. ISP naming is messy. Entries are inconsistent enough that we pinged support to confirm which label mapped to which carrier before locking a mobile campaign. Support sorted it the same day, but nobody should need a ticket to pick a carrier.
Tracking is standard and works. Set a goal, fire an S2S postback on conversion, and data flows back into reporting where CPA Target and Auto Rules can both use it. Voluum users get an Automizer connection, so bid and zone actions can be driven from the tracker side instead of the Adcash side.
Reporting is where Adcash quietly beats its rivals. Auction count and auction win rate sit next to spend, so a flat campaign can be diagnosed properly. Losing auctions and facing thin supply look identical on most dashboards, and they need opposite fixes.
Calculated ROAS and audience reach live in the same view, though ROAS only populates once a conversion value is set. Set it on day one or that column stays empty for a week.
Advertiser entry against publisher payout terms
Two sides, two very different experiences. Side by side.
| Money question | Advertiser side | Publisher side |
|---|---|---|
| Entry point | $100 self-serve, $1,000 managed | Free, no stated traffic minimum |
| Platform fee | None | None |
| Payout floor | Not applicable | From $5 on wallets, $100 on wire and USDC |
| Speed options | Instant funding on card and crypto | NET+1 through NET+30 |
| Methods | Card, wire, PayPal, Skrill, Revolut, Capitalist, USDC, BTC, ETH | Wire, PayPal, Skrill, Revolut, Capitalist, BTC, USDC |
| Human help | Manager at roughly $1,000 monthly spend | Ticket and chat, 24/7 |
| Getting money back | Refund of unspent funds, minus admin fee, crypto excluded | Not applicable |
Publishers need to see the next part before signing anything. Faster payouts cost money, and the tax gets steep at the top end.
| Payment term | What Adcash retains | Our read |
|---|---|---|
| NET+30 | Nothing | The default and the only free option |
| NET+15 | 3% | Reasonable trade for halving the wait |
| NET+7 | 5% | Only worth it when cash flow is tight |
| NET+1 | 10% | A tenth of earnings for 29 days of speed |
New publishers get a sweetener, free NET+1 if traffic starts flowing inside the first week. Loyalty tiers also key off daily earnings at the $1, $3 and $5 marks. Neither offsets the maths above once volume is real, so plan around NET+30 unless the business genuinely needs cash sooner.
Monetising a site with Autotag, Direct Link and the referral cut

The publisher side is simpler than the buying side and, honestly, a bit more polished.
Autotag 4-in-1 is the headline product. One tag rotates pop-under, interstitial, in-page push and video slider, choosing which to serve from user engagement signals.
A Monetization Goal slider sets how aggressive that rotation gets, so a news site can dial down while a file-sharing site dials all the way up. Anti-adblock technology is baked in rather than sold as an upsell.
Setup took minutes. Paste, save, wait for fill.
Direct Link monetization exists too, a single URL for social posts, Telegram channels or exit flows with no site required. Slight catch, support has to switch it on for your account. Not automatic, not documented loudly.
The referral program pays 5% lifetime on what referred publishers earn. The asterisk in the agreement matters though, since the rate can move with referral quality and activity. Treat 5% as the ceiling, not a promise.
Approval reality. No published traffic minimum, and our site went live without a fight. Real content and real visitors are the bar, not a pageview count. Small publishers are genuinely welcome here, which is not true of every network on our list.
Living in the dashboard for two weeks

Speed first. Adcash runs 1,000 to 1,500 servers behind sub-100ms auction responses, and the interface behaves like it. No spinner-watching, no stale numbers waiting to catch up.
Campaign creation is linear, four steps, no surprises. Reporting refreshes close to live, which matters when a pop campaign can eat a day's budget before lunch.
Two things bugged us.
Verticals and GEOs that actually pulled

Adcash maps verticals to formats rather than treating inventory as one pool, and planning around that mapping saves budget.
| Format | Verticals Adcash points at it |
|---|---|
| Pop-under, interstitial, in-page push | Sports, iGaming, adult, VPN and software, VOD, app installs, finance |
| In-stream video, video slider | Adult, finance, gaming, dating |
| Display | Sports, iGaming, adult, VPN and software, VOD, app installs |
On geography, the markets Adcash flags as trending are the US, Canada, Brazil, Spain, Germany, Italy, the UAE and Australia. Our runs matched that pattern.
Brazil and Italy delivered the friendliest cost per conversion on sweepstakes offers, while US pop volume was available and priced the way US pop volume is priced everywhere.
The advertiser testimonials on the site come from Coinis, adbird and ACR Poker, which tells you who spends here. Affiliate and iGaming money, not brand budgets.
Fine print worth reading before you fund
We read the terms so nobody else has to. Four clauses deserve daylight.
None of that is unusual for the category. All of it is easier to swallow before funding than after.
Where Adcash falls short

Five honest negatives, unsoftened.
Add a sixth if mobile app traffic is your thing. No in-app inventory and no native either. Web only, full stop.
Adcash vs PropellerAds vs Adsterra vs Clickadu
These are the four networks affiliates cross-shop when buying pop and push. All four start at the same entry price, so the fight comes down to inventory and automation.
| Comparison point | Adcash | PropellerAds | Adsterra | Clickadu |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Entry deposit | $100 | $200 | $100 | $100 |
| Format spread | Loses. Six web formats, no push subscriptions, no in-app, no native | Push, in-page push, pop, interstitial, survey exit, in-app | Pop, Social Bar, in-page push, native, banner, video | Pop, push, in-page push, video pre-roll, banner, instant message |
| Automated bidding | Loses. CPA Target exists, but Auto Rules demand CPM plus direct traffic | CPA goal across formats with rule-based automation | CPA goal and custom bid across most formats | Smart CPA and auto optimisation across formats |
| Payment options | Card, wire, PayPal, Skrill, Revolut, Capitalist, three cryptos | Card, wire, PayPal, crypto | Card, wire, PayPal, crypto | Card, wire, PayPal, crypto |
| Reporting depth | Wins. Auction count, win rate, calculated ROAS and audience reach in one tab | Strong, but no auction-level win rate | Solid zone reporting, less auction visibility | Clean pop reporting, thinner on auction data |
Straight read. PropellerAds takes it on breadth of inventory and freedom of automation. Adcash takes it on reporting depth and payment flexibility.
If web pops and interstitials are your game and you want to know exactly why you are losing auctions, Adcash is the better desk. If push subscribers are the business, this is not even a contest.
FAQs Related to Adcash
Does Adcash have push notification traffic?
Not the classic kind. Adcash sells in-page push, which renders inside the webpage and needs no opt-in. Subscription-based browser push, the sort you can re-hit for months, is absent from every page of the platform. Affiliates planning around a growing push list should buy elsewhere.
What does it really cost to start advertising on Adcash?
A hundred dollars gets a self-serve account moving and there is no platform fee on top. A managed start needs ten times that, and a dedicated account manager tends to appear once monthly spend reaches roughly the same $1,000 mark. Getting unspent money back is the part people miss, since refunds need a $50 minimum balance, land inside 30 days and carry a 25% admin fee.
Why did my CPA Target campaign spend for days without converting?
That is exploration doing its job. CPA Target spends broadly for roughly five days to learn which zones and audiences convert, then shifts into exploitation. Pulling the plug on day two means paying for the learning and skipping the payoff. Fund the exploration on purpose or start on CPM instead.
Does Adcash accept small publishers?
Yes. No published traffic minimum, and our own site was approved without a volume argument. Real content and real visitors are what matter. Fill is inconsistent in the first days while the tag learns, so judge earnings after a week rather than after an afternoon.
How fast does Adcash actually pay, and does speed cost anything?
NET+30 is free. NET+15 retains 3%, NET+7 retains 5%, NET+1 retains 10%. Payment runs can be daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly. Wallet methods release from $5 while wire and USDC need $100 on the clock, so choose the method before choosing the term.
Can Auto Rules run on RTB traffic?
No. Rules fire on direct supply only, and the campaign has to be CPM with an active postback and a defined CPA goal. Anyone buying mainly through RTB partners is optimising by hand whether they planned to or not.
Is Adcash a good fit for iGaming and sweeps?
One of the better mid-tier options for both. iGaming maps to pops, interstitials and in-page push, which is where volume and cost per conversion behave themselves. Sweeps run well on in-page push across Tier 2 and Tier 3. The thing to prepare for is that pruning week, since early zone quality stays uneven until the blacklist fills out.
Final Verdict
Adcash earns 4.3 out of 5 from us, and the score would be higher if the platform stopped tripping over its own feet.
Traffic is real and filtered properly. Reporting tells you why something is failing rather than just showing you that it failed. Publisher terms are the friendliest of any network in this bracket. Scripted campaign management works exactly as promised.
Against that, missing push and missing in-app inventory rule out entire categories of affiliate campaign, and the automation everyone would want is fenced behind conditions that shrink it to a corner of the platform.
Our recommendation is simple. If your offers live on web traffic and your formats are pop, interstitial, in-page push or video, this belongs in the rotation and probably in the top three. If your model depends on push subscribers or app placements, keep looking.
Start with one format, one country, verified tracking and a budget you would not miss. Let the numbers argue with us.
