What does SOI mean?
Single opt-in: a lead counts as soon as the form is submitted, with no email confirmation required.
SOI offers convert easily and pay little, because the advertiser gets unverified data. They are where most beginners start with sweepstakes and dating. Expect tighter scrubbing to compensate for the low bar.
