What does Push traffic mean?
Ads delivered as browser or app push notifications to users who opted in, paid per click or per thousand sends.
Push ads reach users outside the browser, so CTRs are high and the format is cheap. Classic web push has declined as browsers restrict it; in-page push (a notification-styled banner on the page) took over. Push works for sweeps, dating, finance, nutra and apps; frequency and creative fatigue are the main challenges.
