What does Offer rotation mean?
Splitting traffic across several offers in one campaign, usually inside a tracker, to compare EPC and to survive caps or pauses.
Rotation lets the tracker test offers against each other and fall back automatically when one is capped or paused. Weight the rotation by EPC over time. Networks' smartlinks are rotation done for you.
