What does Click fraud mean?
Clicks generated to waste an advertiser's budget or to earn publisher revenue, by bots, click farms or the publisher itself.
Click fraud is the reason ad networks invest in anti-fraud and the reason affiliates track quality by publisher. Detection combines IP reputation, device signals, behaviour and conversion data. Networks with weak filtering look cheap until you see the conversion rate.
