What does Affiliate manager mean?
Your contact at a network: approves you for offers, negotiates payouts and caps, and flags problems before they cost you money.
A good AM tells you which offers are converting for other affiliates on your traffic type, gets you payout bumps once you show volume, and warns you before an offer pauses. Being responsive and honest about your traffic gets you better treatment. The directory lists manager contacts where networks share them.
